Ruby Sightstone Should Give More CDR on Item Actives

Last season, we had a mastery, Intelligence, which gave us 20% CDR on activated items.

item 2045 takes up a whole inventory slot and is a cost-inefficient item that is quite expensive. It only gives 10% CDR on activated items.

Right now, almost every support builds item 2303 or item 2301 . I think we would allow for more diversity if item 2045 gave 15% or even 20% CDR on item actives.

I'd definitely need to start playing more support if this change went in. I had a few builds that should still work that were built around that mastery.

EDIT: You should change your title. I think that's where the CDR confusion is coming from.

Thanks, I didn't realize you could edit titles now.

I figured people would realize what I was talking about since RS doesn't give CDR.

I feel like no item should really give 20% CDR, it's kind of ridiculous.

Did you read? It's CDR on item actives. Like item 3222

As a support, I offen find myself over capped in CDR. just 2-3 items and maxed -_-

I'm talking about ITEM ACTIVE CDR. item 2045 doesn't give CDR, it gives CDR to Item Actives...
