If your jungler has more farm than you...

...and a higher kill participation than you then you really, really, really need to go into the practice mode and work on your last hitting. There really is no excuse for a top laner, mid laner, or ADC having less farm then the jungler (assuming the jungler isn't doing something ridiculous like purposely stealing waves of farm and afk farming both jungles.)

Not trying to be rude, it just gets really frustrating when my laners don't understand why they keep dying over and over again when they barely have 100 cs by the 30 minute mark and have been flame horizoned by their lane opponent. 15 cs is a kill and its far easier (and safer) to get 15 cs then to get a kill. Work on the fundamentals before you start trying to be best riven/yasuo/vayne/draven/etc NA and smash noobs with sick outplays.
