Akali was always the healing assassin, however she recently lost her healing because it was apparently to oppressive early.
My idea was that at max rank her Q counts as a single target ability for healing effects like Ravenous, Hextech and Death's Dance.

Akali is SO HOT2 votesOld Akali could have that passive because her early game was so bad. New Akali is oppressive early game against melees so she can't really have that kind of heal with her current kit.

ROYALR3IGN1 votesSeeing how slippery she is if you're planning on giving her back healing she'd have to be gated by something else. Maybe mana like Diana but with hefty mana costs. But even that feels bad playing Akali as you'd have to rush something like Ludens over Gunblade. I'm not too sure how Akali players would feel about this, and I don't really think people facing her would like it either. I can't think of a way to make it fair to balance without feeling like shit to both players.

That's an interesting way to balance it. It also means at rank 1 she won't be able to Q at all as it only lasts 5 in total. So Idk if that was intended but that's a little wonky.

It's the whole reason she got her healing passive in the assassin update. She was the sustain assassin.
