Is Udyr ever going to be brought back to relevance?

I think everyone agrees that Runic Echo abuse was unhealthy for the game, but it was the only way he could function with the current state of mobility creep.

Is anything going to be done to make him relevant again?

Udyr has had multiple changes hit PBE the past like month just none of it has gone through. I am just glad they are taking their time with a generally "unhealthy" champion design instead of saying "eh f*ck it" and ship changes first week and we end up with Cho'gath 2.0.
