Veigar isn't a healthy addition to the game

He's too simple scales too hard and there is very little you can do to prevent him from stacking and becoming a one shot monster

Getting stacks as veigar doesn't take skill especially when you consider how much effort he has to put in to get them: absolutely none. Just faceroll and get ap And not like thresh with SOMETIMES and .75ap Nono VEIGAR GETS 1 FULL AP for bullying you successfully?!? Are you freaking serious riot, I forgot how our ap items scale and how void staff and rabadons work so...... He PROBABLY is balanced right? HELL THE FUCK NO
