if we could have the cast animation on his q reduced it would be nice because its a longer cast animation than regular auto attack and its easily canceled

I agree with this. I've played some Talon but I find it really hard to do an E aa Q W combo because of the slow animations. Compared to champs like Wukong, Talon feels a lot slower in it. However, this would significantly increase his power, so he would need a nerf elsewhere.
