Make other team visible right before blind or teambuilder match starts.

In draft both ranked and unranked, you're able to see the enemy team before you fight and that has a HUGE impact on the rune and mastery page you pick. Why aren't we allowed a 15-30 second window after everyone's locked in the other modes to do the same? The matches in these modes arguably aren't as serious, but why wouldn't you add such a serious piece of tactics to all matches in the game?

That's the thing about blind pick, you don't know what you are facing, so you risk taking more aggressive stuff that if countered, hurts you, or you take more generalize stuff that dosen't excel in one area, but gets the job done decently in most. It's just part of the game mode.

You get about 10-15(?) seconds after everyone's picked to see what the enemy has, so you can adjust your runes (against a full AD team, you can skip the MR runes for instance, or maybe take scaling health seals if you're mid against an AP mid champ).

Team builder is the only game that lacks this. Then again, considering how long it takes to even get a team (aka a support and jungler), it might be on purpose for less dodging.

That is actually pretty likely, but I'm pretty sure blind pick is the same way. I think it's built as part of the point of blind pick. You don't know WHAT you are facing, you need to do your best to prepare yourself for the unknown.
