Reduce the time he can hold his 4th shot, but also reduce the time it takes for him to reload.
This does 2 main things
Reduces his ability to zone for half a fucking hour, by just holding his 4th shot
Increases the champion up time making him more fun and interactive to actually play.

Not really. Having to be worthless for roughly 1/4 of the time is kinda annoying and boring.

I guess. It’s still cancerous to play against. Just knowing you get sit sit an be zoned because you can’t trade with his 4th shot unless you’re Draven.
