It seems that swain has become a vlad 2.0...
Couldn't riot keep old ult with some modifications ?
I mean the crow aspect of swain was a form of identity. The actual visuals are good however this ult... vlad 2.0...
He is noxus's leader if a character should have zoe's damage it should be swain and not zoé...

Full build Swain deals around 900ish damage with his Q when used properly... On a bloody 2.2 second cooldown.

You didn't even bother to build in a Liandra's or Void Staff.
Ofc the friggin damage is going to look low vs 5000 hp Magic resist when you have no Magic Penetration.

with 3 ap items.
Except q (only good because the cooldown) the rest of his abilities do utter shit damage. I tried going the 
build and its fine for wave clearing with q but in teamfights you suck. Second part of ult takes too long to charge up and doesn't do any amazing damage after all the build up as it feels like it should. Just build him as a tank and dont even bother trying to do damage, thats the correct way to play him now.
Also the ult visibly is just bland compared to the old one. Did the rework team even play old Swain?
