[Rework Suggestion] [Game Mechanic] Sivir
There's nothing wrong with her actual kit, I just think it's kinda boring to play with her ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Passive - Chalicar: Sivir cannot give basic attacks while her Chalicar is in flight, however, the same causes damage to enemies crossed by her weapon. The higher the Sivir damage, the faster the Chalicar will return from the target enemy. Casting skills while Chalicar is not in your hand, will spawn an extra Chalicar made of sand and magic that can be used to utilize the skill or give basic attacks. Note: If there is a barrier like the W - Yasuo wind barrier, the Chalicar will bounce in the barrier and return. If I was not clear enough, she could only do one basic attack at a time, without that thing of a new weapon appearing out of nowhere in her hand. Whoever, attacking enemies close to you will make the Chalicar return faster, what is good agains assassins.

Q - Boomerang Blade: Sivir will carry an attack with her Chalicar that will bounce between walls, causing damage to crossed enemies. Depending on how the mouse is scrambled during the casting of the attack, it will change the way Chalicar will ricochet. If Chalicar takes more than x seconds in flight without bouncing off a wall, the weapon will return to Sivir.
- Using Boomerang Blade without waving the mouse, will cause the Chalicar to be launched in a straight line.
- Swinging the mouse in an arc around Sivir will cause the Chalicar to be launched in a horizontal arc.
- Moving the mouse straight to the back and forward will cause it to launch the Chalicar in a vertical arc, dealing extra damage to enemies hitted at the impact site and allowing the ability to cross walls.
NOTE: Although it seems half "meh" to prevent the gun from crossing walls, I suggested this with the jungle in mind. If this is "unacceptable," it could simply change to allow it to cross walls. lol

W - Ricochet Juggler: Sivir uses her incredible dexterity to leap straight and launch 3 Chalicars made of sand and magic that ricochet off between enemies. Using this ability on a wall allows either Sivir to jump again in a new direction, or to climb up on the wall and walk on it for x seconds and be able to descend in any direction of the wall. Note: If Chalicar returns to Sivir while she is on the wall, it will not ricochet on the wall.

E - Ascended-Killer: Sivir imbues her Chalicar with her blood, creating a barrier of primordial magic, blocking the first ability that hits her. If the Chalicar is in the hands of Sivir while the ability is blocked, the weapon will emit a shock wave that deals damage to nearby enemies. If the damage of the blocked ability exceeds the current life of Sivir, the shock wave will increase and its damage as well. NOTE: For example, a 9000-stacked Nasus gives a Q on it that would cause 10,000 damage, but since she has only 10 life, the emitted wave would cause damage around 5,000. I imagined this and almost all Sivir's abilities spend little or no mana, could replace mana for stamina, for example, since magic "is in her blood." Oh yeah, the name is "Ascended Kiler" not because I want her to kill Nasus in the lore or something, but because this weapon was used millennia ago to transform Ascended's into humans and then kill them, so this is why there are so few Ascended's and Sarkin in the current world of league of legends.

R - Strategic advance: Activating this skill out of the enemy's field of vision will allow Sivir to turn nearby allies invisible (or obscure) for x seconds. Activating this Skill within the enemy's field of vision will give her speed of movement and close allies for x seconds.
