revert the youmuus nerf and make cleaver melee only
it will make lucian decent while gutting some cancer ranged toplaners. youmuus+cleaver ADC's is broken.

Ranged champs went there to counterpick good "cancer "melee tanks/bruisers, so people should either not early pick a melee tank/bruiser or they should pick someone who can counter a ranged top laner. Everything has a counter.

I have no problem in plat elo in these match ups.
You were diamond last season, you should have the knowledge to handle them as well.
