It just seems really strange to me that it's a mastery some champions plainly can't make use of, because of a lack of hard crowd control in their kit. Maybe something along the lines of "If you've been active in a fight for X seconds it activates."

We should also do something for wardlord's since not everyone auto attacks to activate the lifesteal and fervor is garbage on non auto attackers we should make it do something for non auto attackers as well

JhomasTefferson1 votesI feel like it has caused a need for change. Now it seems the only decent tanks in meta are the ones who can use this mastery. Hell, its so good I use it on yasuo. Basically anyone with hard cc who doesn't need to take damage masteries or another keystone like windspeakers can use it.
They need to either buff all the other masteries or nerf it a little, imo.
