So it could do like (50% base ad)+(5% of bonus health) physical damage. Up every 3 sec Auto attacks can shave 0.25 sec per auto up to max of -1.5 second. So if you auto fast you could have it trigger as often as a sheen.

What I like about sheen vs say crit chance is that you can build ap an not worry about having less crit damage since the sheen is based on base ad instead of your total attack damage.
