Ekko with rapid fire cannon

Just something I think should be brought up, there is something weird that happens when you build rapid fire cannon on Ekko. It's all about his E. You know when you use his E, he rolls, and then he gets a giant blue circle that will display where he can blink to for his next attack? That blue line is actually his new auto attack range. This is proven because if you build RPC on him, you can get an extra 100 or so range on his blink. Here is the really weird part though. If you wait until you get 100 stacks on RFC and then use E, the blue circle that telegraphs where he can blink to DOES NOT change in size. It is the same size that it always is, however the sorta visible redish line that indicates the range on RFC is increased beyond the blue circle.
