Did we really have to buff Poppy?
I had enough of this unkillable cancer yordle to last a lifetime the last time she was popular. Honestly the most unfun top laner I've faced since I started playing this game, and I was around in the Renekton era.

They just buffed the movement speed on her W and made her passive scale better with health. They haven't given back all the stuff that people hated (like the range she had).
Poppy is complete sh*t after her rework (and even more so after her last round of nerfs). This was the least they could do for her.
yes. she had a ban win rate and was overnerfed.
