Baron needs to be reworked, I'm sick of losing games to risky baron calls by one dumb player

This probably makes up 40% of my losses. The game is completely winnable and someone makes a retarded baron call, team follows and doesn't respond to my back pings or typed out 'That's risky, don't do it,' gets aced, and team pushes to end.

This is not fun. No one player should have this much agency over the game.
