is I can't stop my team from buying it. Seriously the only champ I've seen win with it is nid and that's more because shes insane than runeglaive is passable.
This item needs to be disabled or buffed because it's a trap and people are falling for it.

FTFY Ezreal has always been this strong mid, he still lacks cc and only brings damage and is skillshot reliant so he is weak and upuntill the purple smite shit he lacked wave clear. but now that i think about it i coulda built magus for my 20% cdr item and used purple smite back then and it woulda prob been the same subbing magus for morello an just getting lichbane.
