You know what would be great for the competitive integrity of the game

All runes and pages should be free

tfw runes and rune pages have little relevance to competitive integrity. runes are for added boosts, or for certain roles to be played. they're optional, or, were. the game today has evolved to require runes at all levels of competitive play. movement speed quintessences (tier three) are priced at 2000 IP just as all other quintessences are, iirc. also, we're not capped at two rune pages, mate. i've seven, iirc. just buy them with IP and you'll be well on your way to combat.

But I like beating people just because they didn't shell out cash to get IP boosts and rune pages D=! /s

o.o I've got all my pages from IP alone and runes...I think I have enough IP to basically rebuy all the champions again XD

when you get a riot account when you go pro it has literally every single thing unlocked.
