And MORGANA'S 3 SECOND SNARE, FOLLOWED BY 1.5 SECOND NON-SKILLSHOT-POINT-AND-WIN STUN HASN'T?! Not to mention she has ridiculous ratios, throw in a thunderlords and rip your life bar.

I can't tell you how many times I've been FORCED to get QSS on a mid or a jungler, just to avoid the Ult > Binding or Binding > Ult

It's fat, it's slow, it threads through the most ridiculous of angles, it has a range of 1300 units Cait's improved auto has the same distance, in case you're wondering how far that is. Cait's Q also has 50 less units

I think if you nerfed it by 200 units, OR nerfed the timer down to 2.25 at max, ORRRR nerfed the width by 2 units on either side

Now, to clarify I do NOT think she needs to be nerfed into oblivion, or her snare nerfed into the dirt.

Compensate! Just BALANCE it a bit, Make it thinner, shorter, 2.25 seconds max rank, but remove 4 seconds off the cooldown or 1/1.75/2.50/3.25/4 seconds off the CD

You know, this is funny... I don't know why I bother posting anymore, at the moment of edit I'm at -10, ... Yet, if your favorite pro were to say these lines you'd jump all over it, agree with him like sheep. But because I'm not diamond, and I point out something I feel is imbalanced, I catch all the flak. It's ironic.

Fun fact : it used to be 4 seconds and then got nerfed to 3. That was way back in the day. I agree with you totally though. Imo Morgana needs a complete overhaul, she is an outdated champion with a kit that doesn't synergise with itself and her safety is the most miserable thing to have to deal with in this game.

when it's a support morgana just kill her before ult finish channel. when it's mid morgana just gtfo of the range, any champion with gap closer can easily get out.

Both were God Tier when they were nerfed, and Morgana hasn't been God Tier for a very, very long time.

Her 'AFK snare' is really the only means she has to do damage on her own though, because her W needs a lot of ticks to do anything more than tickle and most people can run/dash/flash out of her ult (or, if enough people are around, just kill her). The snare is what keeps her from being a Black Shield bot, for better or worse, and is definitely the only reason she survives outside of the support role. Is it annoying? Yes. Is it impossible to play around? No. It's a big skillshot, yes, but it's also slow-moving which gives you plenty of time to get out of its way. What it does do well is counter people who are dashing/leaping/running directly at her.

Problem with CC duration is the presence of Mercurial threads, it's the same interaction as stealth and vision ward.

Morgana bind with threads is bearable, without it's not.

What you are suggesting IS a nerf into the dirt. To apply her full combo without the enemy flashing/dashing to avoid the W she requires that duration of lock down. So has a lot of offensive power tied into that W. Trust me, you don't want the compensatory buffs to her W after nerfing Q duration.
