Clunky things and mismatched numbers

A few clunky things I'm going to mention here. They feel... Awkward and it slightly impairs clarity and impacts gameplay. It could be me, or my playstyle, but it just feels unrewarding and unintentionally punishing when these things happen. These are by no way facts, merely opinions on how I feel. If you have a similar feeling, or maybe some constructive feedback, I'm all ears!

Firstly, Illaoi.

Her E Not sure why they nerfed her E to be completely useless, but it is at early levels a complete waste of mana to use. the damage is at 25% transmition, which when it takes 10 seconds to beat their avatar into 0 hp, you won't do it without expending MORE mana, unless they're already low. That being said, the reward for actually killing their spirit, the 25 g is a very good incentive, however the punishment for them just walking out is soooo negligible now. They take almost no damage to begin with, due to % damage transmition, I believe I calculated it out to be 16 damage per auto before THEIR mitigation (if it applies then it's 6-10 dmg per auto) which can be healed back by any top laner's innate kit with a fraction of the time you spend dealing such minute damage. Even if you do manage to kill the spirit the reward of the 'omg tentacles attack meeeeee' is next to useless unless they're already low, and not paying attention. (IE Backing while looking at shop)

I agree 60 was WAY too oppressive. But if you're going to gut the duration by 5/6ths, at least make it so one tentacle can attack multiple times, (every 2 seconds up to a cap of 1/3/5 times at levesl 1/3/5) or someeethiiiing

Now my main clunk with illaoi is her W I like to spam right-click when playing, to keep my hands active, but the W is self-interruptable, in example if you spam rightclick while W is active on the same target over and over, she does this fake-out basketball jump-shot without actually landing the ability. I propose that animation cancellation there shouldn't be possible and that once you're in range and select a target, you're forced to carry out the attack. Another side-effect of this is sometimes if you complete about half the animation, the charge of W will be consumed without being used. it's rather frustrating when it causes me to die, because my w's passive effect won't go off (tentacle slam) to heal me, or deal that last 100 damage in a clutch fight. it just feels like a clunky accident that wasn't supposed to exist.

**Yi's alphastrike **(this is more of my confusion than any clunkyness)

When in alphastrike I've been stunned out of it (untargetable?) with riven stun, burned by shyvana AOE, killed by garen spin, or ult (after Q?) It CAN dodge quite a few abilities that are on a travel path, fizz ult, tower shots, etc but.... They have to have a HUGE tell. It doesn't remove him off the map like fizz's trollpole and is on a longer cooldown (if I recall correctly)

is this supposed to happen? Is "untargetable" still meaning "Can be hit by already/newly cast AOE?

**Runes: ** This is more of a pet-peeve than any real actual problem but WHY DO AP QUINTS GIVE 4.95 AP _EGGHGHGHGHGHGHHGJFGDSAFHDASJK _ I love round numbers. lol

Same with Magic Pen Marks, they give 7.8 magic pen when all 9 are on board. I propose a .019 addition to each mark, to round it out at a solid, and perfect 8.001 magic pen

I mean, look at CDR blues and quints, you can mix and match 3, 6, 9 blues with 3/2/1 quints and get a perfect 2.5/5/7.5/10% cdr with NO leftovers or 'just shy' numbers, and I can understand that because it'd be absolutely brain-breaking to try and figure out a perfect combo of CDR if it didn't give a whole and round number. I propose the same for AD marks, why .95 AD? why not just 1? what's the .45 extra AD going to do to the total math of a level 18 full build ad champ? Nothing. probably a .7-1.2 damage boost (not percent, but flat) on a primary ability.

I dunno guys. These are just my thoughts and opinions. I don't care to state any of this as fact or OMGWOWMUSTFIX. Just a few things a silver/gold player noticed.
