The Harrowing, a rotating game mode!

An idea similar to tower defense where you can queue with 2-8 players who "happen to be in bilgewater" In a tower-defense style Anti-Seige game mode.

One Map, where you're in the center, and forced to defend ONE tower per lane, (no inhibitors) and the nexus! See how long you can last, or if you can finally end the harrowing after 50 minutes!

(maybe there's 4-6 lanes?)

teamwork is key! The waves of "minions" (Undead) get stronger until a enemy Shadow Isles champion spawns (Cannon minion wave) These champions start out at level 3, but can scale all the way up to level 30 since they're not bound by the nexus, or league of legends, or the institute of war!

At first, only one champion spawns, and when one of these champions targets something, all of the "minions" focus aggro in that lane, too.

Each time you kill the enemy champion, they gain a level. Where you might stop at level 18, they DON'T!

Side objectives are "Prevent your lane tower from falling for XXXX amount of time" Which would give you a small damage boost, or maybe refill your tower's HP.

You will not have any minions on your side, except when you pop a neutral monster camp, which will have them fight for you until they are slain! But that's risking going out into the dark mist, where you take (your level x5) TRUE DAMAGE over time! IS IT WORTH THE RISK?!

DrMundo goes where he pleases.

To combat this, you'd start out at level 3, with 1,600 gold, and free boots!

The harrowing awaits, will you survive?! Or will you succumb to the black mists of Hell itself?
