Bork would definitely need a nerf immediately if they weren't doing midseason next week. As it stands, I can understand why they are being cautious.
Chembaron Yamada9 votesIf the upcoming changes in the tank update don't lower his winrate (and I doubt they will), he definitely should be nerfed. Like Azir and Kalista, Lucian is one of the champions who was kept weak intentionally because of problems in his kit. The changes in itemization let him get strong again and they should put him back in place.
Probably the same should be done to Kalista, but I didn't see her played often enough to say for sure.

Venomar4 votesAs said is the build and BotRK. Black cleaver is getting a small nerf and blades getting its cost increased with more changes on the burner I'm sure.
He just benefits from thier strengths way more than any other ADC right now with his early game BotRK on hit stacking with no midgame slump due to getting black cleaver right about the time tanks begin to scale.

Troy2426212 votesOf course Lucian needs a nerf, itemization shouldn't revolve around how badly a few cases abuse it. Bork needs a nerf and will be getting one, but the nerf it would need to bring Lucian in line is a bit extreme.
His design is also an incredible problem.
