Why is after noon the worst time to play?

bc kids get out of school and 9/10 not in the right mind set

All the kids getting out of school. Rito been trying to target high schoolers and they just dont care about games really or will blatantly troll for a reaction

Afternoons, and school holidays have always been like this. Best to play earlier in the morning or later at night if you want higher quality games

What gets me is that Riot knows about these trends and does not adjust MMR or LP gain/loss for them. Knowing full well that the quality of matches is total shit.
