Why old Soraka got reworked while Master Yi is basically the same except he can't go AP anymore???
Don't fucking tell me that old soraka was more OP than master yi, trynd and other braindead champs?

Yi Passive is always Double Strike, but the rework changed the number of AA needed to proc it from 7 to 4 (almost half), while at the same time also half the damage of the double-strike when it procs (original second strike does full damage, new second strike does half AA damage). This is just a QoL improvement over the far less consistent original.
Yi Q's target searching algorithm was completely revamped. It can no longer fly off the screen and attack someone 200 meters away hiding in fog of war. And as noted, the AP scaling of Q is completely removed.
Yi W is reworked so its healing amount is reduced and scales with missing HP, so it's only effective when Yi is next to being dead.
Yi E is reworked by severely cutting its originally high flat steroid values and replaced it with a much lower base combined with scaling (based on AD).
Yi R had various changes. Many of its aspects had flat values changed to a scaling value (based on spell level), similar to E change in a way. While others, most notably, is the refresh change, where Yi's kill refreshes is now flat value (18 second for kills, and 9 for assist. The original rationale probably done to prevent heal spam) instead of the original 100%; which on the very next patch changed to 70% instead and is what ultimately stick.

That's a lot of change to move Yi from his original and far more cancerous state he was in. It removed his QW spam 1shot machine status from his playstyle, and actually force him to be an AA champ he's designed as.
The aim of Soraka's rework was to remove her no consequence self heal spam. It's not that she can't do it anymore since she can still Q spam to more or less do it though the heal isn't instant, and it would involve interacting with the enemy; while her main heal spell (outside of R) is thus reserved for allies. After all, Soraka isn't supposed to be a self-heal machine, but a heal bot for others so I think it makes sense.

Have you considered that you going full AP Raka in an ARAM and doing poorly is not a valid representation of the champ?
Don't bitch about YI while adcs are doing the same job while having the +400+ range safety net while doing equal damage as he does or more.
Dude, she got reworked because she was abusable in pro play. Nothing to do with being op in solo queue.
I wonder, do you always complain on the boards? Don't you have for once to say something positive? Complain all you want, I don't mind, but you never have suggestions for possible nerfs / changes or any statistics whatsoever. And If you complain that much, do you even enjoy playing the game in the first place?
