Whoever is making the decision to keep Dynamic Que does not care about league's core audience
They should be ostracized for that reason.
Lets define core audience. I personally dont see this as the largest portion of people who play the game. I instead define this as the group of individuals who gain the most from the game, inside or out.
A bronze player doesnt understand everything in league of legends. they cannot leverage everything going on in the game so there are game elements that bronze players cannot appreciate (this is true or else they wouldnt be bronze, no hate on bronze players even high elo players dont understand the game sometimes).
The core audience of league is being neglected at the cost of a larger audience. Those weekend warriors, those once a dayers who need a release from work, those highschool kids who may now have something in common with others in a otherwise uncomfortable environment. These people are wonderful, necessary additions to the league of legends community. (obviously these individuals can still be high elo competitive and there status doesnt affect that)
However they are not the core audience. The once a dayers probably dont care about the addition of dynamic Que, Other less committed players dont give a damn about dynamic Q. Do you know who really is affected by dynamic Q. League of legends core audience. The competitive individuals who want to test their value against another.
Rioters say they care about their playerbase and i believe them.
What I cant and refuse to believe is that Dynamic que is still around and the person or persons who made that decision cares about the playerbase knowing the consequences of that
