Well Draven got like +7 dmg on his Q and everyone loses their mind, while you get better earlier scaling on the passive with lucian, which you just overlooked.

Btw I dislike Ahri as well.

It depends on his AD lategame, anything over 380 AD is a buff.

Then post the example build and the math, because I am interested in that OP build.

But note that if it has no zeal item and boots in it then it is not a viable build.

i did it a few weeks ago on the PBE, unless any of the scalings changed it should still be correct

i believe it was item 3142 item 3031 item 3046 item 3139 item 3036 item 3006 , with AD reds and quints and attack speed glyphs.

doing the math again it's not as extreme as i remember; new Q will do 323 bonus damage , where the old Q does 310. could have sworn it was higher than this, my mistake for the hyperbole
