Ardent Censer

Ardent Censer could use a buff so when you heal or shield a unit all nearby that unit get the buff, that would greatly improve it on those who don't really synergize with it as well. (It would be like giving that shielded/healed unit a 300-400 radius aura and if you healed multiple units it won't stack up either and just be like a normal aura around that target) Would greatly improve the item on those who can't really hyper synergize with it because they can only shield/heal one target. In addition it's a buff for supports without buffing it for laners.

Thoughts on this?

If it had AP ratios laners would abuse it......

All i'm doing is giving more than just pre-set utility supports some more capability with it.

healing one player but buffing all the nearby players is for sure not the solution. Honestly I think the item is fine outside pro play. I have actually used this item a ton in certain situations depending on comp, and I think it's pretty good. Could use a slight numbers upgrade I suppose if it was to be used more.

In pro play it is used only on janna :/ and Idk I still feel like it would be a good direct buff without having laners abuse it.

The attack speed and On-hit damage buff to a single target is enough. Besides, other units would have little use of this buff since most Ardent Censer's heals/shields are targeted on dps champs.

IK but this change would still benefit more supports then just the few utility supports who can use it.

i ALWAYS get item 3504 when i play support Lux
in a teamfight that shield with the buff can be game changing if it hits all 5 players

nevertheless i agree with cherysee,, it certainly could use at least 60 AP... i think 80 would be asking too much, but i see no reason not to buff it to 60

Yea I do want to ask for a tad more AP and a slight increase to the on-hit but meh, don't want lane abusing it.

It's pretty stat efficient as is. For an item in the 2200 gold range. Compare it to FQC. It has the same level of mana regen and CDR. Only slightly less AP, but with a Huge amount of MS.

And if you put too much AP on the item, it will start looking good on Utility mid laners. (Even if it would look like silly on a solo laner early.)

have you used raka ult with it yes its a heal and yes it effects whole team

Yea janna/soraka/sona can easily get it on their whole team, all this buff would do is improve it for non janna and soraka to slightly get it onto their team without breaking the item.
