He does basically Shadow's assassin job while building as a bruiser, and also being a tank buster, while being nearly unkillable and bringing a knock up that feels like has no cooldown, what are you waiting Rito

I would say that all of Kayns forms need a rebalance. Base kayn is far to weak because of how his passive works. He needs to fight yet he is severely hindered because he has yet to evolve. Shadow assassin does one shots with nearly no delay, and Rhaast just does everything else better than Shadow Assassin. I think they need to tone down Rhaast damage bet maybe lower knock up CD if he lands it and Shadow assassin needs more in his Ult and less in his W damage wise.
