Is this stated ANYWHERE in game? i have over 800 Normal matches and my highest mastery champion is a jungler
And i NEVER knew that attacking the herald from behind dealt extra damage, is this said anywhere in game or you have to go out of your way to find out in the wiki?
Valkorea7 votesYou have to read and watch the patch notes. In order to improve as a player, you should constantly read up about the new changes so that you understand the game better and know what to expect in your matches.

Also, you can't get behind it if you're tanking it. That's why it's so much easier with multiple people.

K541 votesHerald is new to this season, so saying I've been playing since S2 is irrelevant, but I've been playing since herald was a thing and never knew this. Top lane pinged me to do Herald with him and then called me a noob for not knowing that you deal true damage when standing behind it.
When I countered with, "So why the fuck didn't you get behind it?"
His reply that it only works if you have jungler item (though the tier wasn't specified).

You don't need any jungler item. You just have to have someone auto attack from behind when the eye is open.
Detectivepikachu1 votesLol I've always known this even when I first started I just ran Around the map reading every description and knowing what to do with them Although I never do this because o I solo herald A lot cuz I didn't want to disturb other lanes also I use master yi so I do true damage regardless
Abyssphere1 votes...you're the first person I've ever ran into that didn't realise this was a thing. Have you never seen a team taking Rift Herald before? Never noticed how there's always 1+ person at the front and 1+ person at the back?
