Leblanc

Okay, so let me just say this champions kit is not op but toxic, I'm sure we all know what that means.

Believe it or not I'd rather go against a fiora then a leblanc, because I can at least have fun playing against her when 1v1ing (sometimes). Leblanc is just annoying, her safe play, here passive, her damage. I can understand her concept of course, I believe in her concept she should be able to do a lot of damage and get away safely but what's disgusting is her W Q R E combo, W to get closer and q and r to proc your q and add more damage but..

Her e visually never hits me then suddenly just hits, I mean the fuck riot? Can we fix this hitbox because when it purely dodges me and then hits to activate her R in that combo it's an instant kill. But seriously you made a skin for her, can we look at her a bit. My request is to fix her E hitbox and maybe even too.
