Looking for a way to change champion textures.

Heyo.

I know this'll probably instantly be downvoted or... even reported for sadly.

But does anyone have a safe way to edit textures for certain skins or chromas?

I really want a black / blue Super Galaxy Rumble or a black / green Classic Zoe.
