I want a tanky top laner who has impact mainly through abilities, and a lot of team fight presence. I already have Sion, and I like him a LOT. I'm trying to decide between Rumble and Maokai.

Flaherty1 votesfun is subjective, and it depends on how you want to carry. Rumble carries through killing the enemy team with his aoe damage and Maokai can carry by keeping everyone alive with his ult and cc. If you're better at just trying to kill the enemy go Rumble, if you're better at team playing and staying in the middle of the fight longer to help your team win fights pick Mao
EndlessSorcerer1 votesIf you are looking for a top-lane tank, your best options are probably Nautilus, Maokai and Poppy.
Personally, I would recommend Nautilus due to his ability to engage fights and lock down targets.
MagicFlyingLlama1 votesRumble is terrifying and underestimated. Maokai is not really a carry, unless you build full AP and lurk in bushes - and that relies on the other team being persistently stupid.
