Losing your lane because you lost two waves of minions at level 2 in order to stop an invade and are now a full level behind is utterly retarded and should be fixed.
The pittance gold you get for the assist does not make up for the CS and EXP lost, and if you don't respond to the invasion, your jungler is completely fucked and removed from the game. It's a lose-lose situation.

Your jungler should know that you can't help and cede the camp, go farm something else. He's not removed from the game unless he tries to contest 1v2. Sorry you got an unaware jungler? It happens.

The problem is that the enemy jungle did a stupid invade, and I collapsed on him with top. I shoved the lane before I went, but the fight in jungle took too long because of summoners + mobility.
The enemy mid lane did not respond and stayed in lane and just pushed while we killed the enemy jungler.
If you cede the camp, the enemy jungler can just walk all over your jungle, and that one ceded camp becomes the entire jungle, and with recent changes, your jungle won't even have level 3 to make ganks with. This also isn't even considering that 9/10 times, the jungler is going to rage and be demoralized from losing his buff, likely throwing the game.
You're completely detached from the reality of solo queue. I doubt you're even playing ranked this season.

I never see this happen. You shouldn't take that long to kill a level 1 champion.

A level 2 champion, not level 1. Something like Kayn having his wall walk and smite heal can take a while at level 2, plus flashes.
