Buffered gap closers are cancer.

Tristana W.

Ezreal E.

Other skills that are similar, but those are the 2 big ones.

If I hit you with CC, that means you're CC'd. That shouldn't mean "I hit you with the CC but you still complete your animation and get CC'd when you're done moving."

Who decided this was a good idea, and how has it remained this way for so long?

If its a root or a silence, fine. Whatever. But if I'm landing a stun, suppression, or knockup, it should stop you dead in your tracks.

If you try to hit them during the channel that's your fuckup, especially when it's known by now that that's just how they work. Go for the hard cc after the channel. Time your shit. Many a time have I hooked a tristana or ez improperly, but many a time have I also done it right.

It takes a bit of practice with timing but it's honestly not a big deal.

I know what to do, and do it often. But its just such cancer that they get to just hold on to an ability that negates anything you throw at them. They can literally wait for the wind-up animation. You're forced to commit to something you know isn't going to land just to burn their jump.

And then you're left guessing which direction they're going to jump, and if you guess wrong well.... fuck you I guess.

On the other hand, if they had no delay they would be a LOT more powerful

Imagine Ezreal E being as fast as flash The loss of being able to buffer through CC wouldn't even matter because he'd just not get hit by anything at all

I think he wants them to have the delay but make them interruptable by CC during the delay.

Like Aatrox's Q.

Aatrox Q feels like shit to use though

Fun fact: Volibear Q can cancel Tristana W and bring her all the way back, THEN flip her. Even if she buffers it.

If they removed the buffer you wouldn't of landed the CC in the first place.
