If Rylai's Got Changed Because it Was so Popular, What About Bloodthirster?

From what I've gathered, Riot nerfed Rylai's Crystal Scepter because it became a staple item on a lot of mages, and no longer just for characters that needed it to do best like , , and . Then what about ? I usually end up seeing most ADCs build this as their last item or second to last. And with how much burst ADCs can do per shot (, ) it can become a huge hassle to kill them. There's and for taking care of healing, but the ADCs are still going to get a ridiculous amount of damage with how much AD Bloodthirster provides. The problems with Bloodthirster may just stem from how ADCs function and are able to abuse the item, but that still means there's a problem, but with ADCs and not just the item.

I rarely see BC built on ADCs, but that's just my experience. I see it build on juggernauts like Garen and Darius, which you may be referring to as "tanks".

You see it on Attack damage MFs and Lucians. Both have about three options: Crit, attack speed (Which go close to one another) and AD. Because of their ults, BC can get the most out if it.

You carry across good points but knowing that Riot likes their marksmen, usually claiming like 'marksmen are in a good place' I do not see that happening. We would all like Bloodthirster (and even Infinity Edge) to get nurffed. I find life steal annoying on marksmen and you rarely see it on any none marksmen champ. The only time you see life steal on a melee champ is Yi, who has a flexible build and is not a must, and Xin, again flexible. Both have attack speed written all over them. The things is with these two, the life steal is bad (in the annoying life sustain way), but it is the damage that they bring. If the AD and life steal was brought down, then this would be better. Anyway, back to the board. I hate the fact Rylai's got nerfed. I probably wouldn't care if it wasn't for the fact it is one of the few 100 AP items. Now I have to consider Morell or Luden's Echo. Limiting options.

Who builds Bloodthirster when you can get item 3153 instead? Ever sinced they buffed it, it's a better item in general.

Actually they did the same thing to bloodthirster and it was disregarded as useless for several months (reworked in season 4 i think might be a year off)
