And if so how do you pull it off? Just wondering cause he's cool and I just can figure out runes and a build path...

(Doubt) Anyway, remember there was a time where Ornn was over-tuned. And now he is not that, he is very bad right now in comparison to others, so when you take a champion who is not performing well and stick them in an off-role.... I would answer that it is not viable, that a person may able to win games but judging on its own merit, the pick does not justify itself.

Ornn was played several times as supp on pro play on release when he was broken, I guess he was also viable on soloQ, KT Mata played it a few times and I think that AFS Tusin also, on EU and NA LCS dunno.

That's when he was broken; one could do a lot of things when something or other breaks but when it is fixed the conditions become different.

Anything with large amounts of CC can be a support.

In terms of Runes I’d go Aftershock, Boneplating, Chryisalys, Unflinching or Overgrowth.

Secondary, Domination the one the heals off spells and Ult CDR.

Not really, he doesn't have the range/engage to survive in bot lane. Maybe as a counter to engage supports? Could be lots of fun to pick into Blitz
