are fuckingly broken, idk how a champ than is ad , do an ult of 600 magic damage -.- , plus for them early game they have good late game (not damage, but yes on utility), this is the main reason they are picked all time on lcs, shaco for example have a good early game , but he cant engage like this 2 , and doesnt have so much utility , thats why he is picked.

For Lee Sin, he is just overpowered, so we're bumping him down slightly next patch - junglers are performing very well at the moment and he is the best jungler. (He adds a lot to competitive play though, so we don't want to hit him too hard).
