are a huge step in the right direction, no CDR in components ; reward for completion instead of sitting on smaller items). CDR has been a strong stat since ages, rushing 40% cdr shouldn't be a strategy half champions try to do every single game. Let's start by giving a maximum of 10% per completed item, and give them more stats?

Find a way to make CC less toxic. Should it be by reworking champs with more than 2 CC abilities in their kit, or by adding a passive tenacity gain for the duration of every CC absorbed during a short period of time. I'm sure there's something that can be done about this. Who hasn't stared at their grey screen while against
