Before I get "OMG ITS NOT A COMPETETIVE STRAT", I don't care. Please just do this, I'm so sick of in ARAM's or low ELO ranked matches champions like Caitlyn, Jhin, or ETC building dual IE's due to their low price and great stats. Then they come back and start one shotting with their 50/50 crits and the super high AD.
Lol. If they build 2x IE they are doing you a favor. And complaining about ARAM balance just lol
This is only a thing on Jhin, and kind of niche. No reason for a cait to do it unless they are fed as shit and the other team is a bunch of gibbons that are racing to step on traps.
Literally no other ADC buys multiple IEs except for Jhin, and even then, I'm pretty sure his most popular build is still IE/RFC/etc.
Everyone else loses out on attack speed, waveclear, bonus AA range, all the things that Statik Shiv, RFC, Essence Reaver, and Phantom Dancer have to offer. It's just not worth it.
