Support masteries

The deep utility tree got some major buffs. Meditation, Inspiration, Intelligence and Wanderer give huge bonuses for supports. Meanwhile Scavenger, Greed and Bandit give some much needed gold. Is it viable to take all of those masteries with 24 points in utility?

That would mean giving up the 3% max health from Juggernaut or the 6 AP from Arcane Mastery. What do you think?

I can't think of any point in Mastery that's worth more than Juggernaut/Scars of the Veteran or Expose Weakness/Sorcery/Bonus AP once you fill out the 21 points in Utility [if you even go that deep.]

Fleet of Foot 3 Scout 1 Summoner's Insight 3 Alchemist + Biscuit 2 Greed 3 Scavenger 1 Wealth 1 Bandit 1 Intelligence 3 Wanderer 1

Which leaves you with two points for either Expanded Mind, Meditation or Inspiration [I think Inspiration is the weakest one] that you have to drop in at different points to get you to go up the tree.

The issue is that the extra 1.5% MP/5 or 75 mana is pretty minimal, and both can be done by managing ability use better. Also, they aren't unique. You can get things you can't really itemize for in the other trees [Expose Weakness, for example, if you want 9/0/21, or the chunk of health from the defensive tree/Block and Unyielding]

I haven't taken it in awhile, but when I had it, I found that the XP gain never seemed to matter, but it may be a better spend then on the 50 mana or whatever % MP Regen the two extra points I have that need to be assigned to get 21 Utility. I think it may be better than I give it credit for, but when I did slot it a few months ago, I never felt like it got me a level's worth of XP in a match. Maybe the buff makes it better though? I should try it in normals.
