Jarvan is at a terrible state right now

His kit is outdated while you keep releasing op new champions, he is literally **the **worst jungle champion right now as well as one of the worst top champions.

Here is some suggestion to make him viable again:

1. give a health ratio on his shield
2. block Vayne q and Riven E with ult. Seriously those are "dash" spells that are not supposed to dash over any terrain. While we have Azir R and Poppy W which can stop every dash, Trundle E and Anivia W works as normal terrian, Jarvan ult just... you even see people randomly walk out of it from time to time, if you don't want to buff anything can you fix this bug at least?
3. change his bonus AD scaling on his spells to full AD, or increase their base damage so that he won't remain useless when he build tank ( which is what he supposed to do) His primary role is tank, why the hell would you give him bonus AD ratio on his attack spells (only 2 out of 4) and when you know he can't build a ton of AD. Oh and even as bonus AD scaling.... they are pretty damn low.
