Is Fiddlesticks on a good spot now?

No, seriously, I am asking this question sincerely now.

Because with the way that people refer to him, apparently Fiddlesticks is on a very, very bad spot, being unviable at every lane.

I used to main Fiddlesticks at mid lane, it was good but now that I am on an higher elo, people are more experienced, Fiddlesticks mid doesn't work as well, especially since he has no waveclear at all. It became way worse since the nerfs to his fear and his silence.

Then I started to use him more as a support, but people say that he is bad as a support since the nerfs to his fear. I don't think so, because his "fear" (which is actually now a flee) is still a very reliable CC, although I must agree that Fiddlesticks isn't the best of the supports. At least he has poke and reliable CC.

The last place that I liked using him was the jungle, but now, with the fact that Runeglaive is the only option for AP junglers, I stopped using him as my go-to AP jungler.

He is on a strange spot now where I can't find a good place for him. Top lane is out of question, because it is even worse than mid lane for him, especially since he is vulnerable to ganks.
