Please don't nerf Azir. He has a 45-50% winrate but a low pick rate with that. That means only the mains tend to play him due to how difficult he is. Please do not nerf him, especially this drastically. I'm not sure if the change to w is just a tool tip or it's going to be an actual change later on.

Edit: My problem with it is that Azir has a decent win 40%-55% and a low pick rate due to his difficulty. Please don't nerf him like this when he already is difficult to play and at a decent spot.

You should have tuned in to the MSI last weekend and you'll know how absurd a good Azir can get.

Already tough laning phase, even tougher in teamfights. The only real weakness he has was the amount of skillfloor a player needs to even do something as Azir.

1-5 games 44% win rate

125+ games 55% win rate. (Azir)

Riot's absurd nerf.But their special champions are still op.

Zed 75% ban rate Ahri 53% win rate.

Also we can not see Zed nerfs.

Riot is balancing around the pro scene and Azir has an almost unmatched ban/pick rate.

That's the problem. They only balance around 1% of players instead of the other 99%

They balance around both and keeping champions from being completely oppressive in either environment is a higher priority than making them viable in every environment.

Azir will now use his ultimate, and the soldiers will charge forwards, knocking the enemy back. Then, the second that the soldiers reach their destination, they vanish. It now lasts the same duration that the difference between the minimum and max rank of the ultimate on the live servers.
