Is it just me, or did adc damage increase heavily since last year?

I used to play pre-rework MissFortune alot, and i would crit people for ~400-450 at full build.

Now im being tumble crit by Vayne with item 3087 for 1300+ in the lategame, and i was hit by a 865 damage Jinx rocket the other day.

Tf happened?

Back in MY day, only Draven could crit like a loaded semi-truck to the face.

Nah, their damage hasn't changed much. It's just they live longer to do it since shields have 0 counterplay in league.

increased crit chance on items is also a factor
