To amount of dodging in SR Normal Games is akin to ARAM
Having 9 games and then somebody throw their toys out the pram because 
or their favourite champion got banned (usually a broken powerhouse that Riot cannot be bothered to fix... for me its always banning 
) is just not fun.
The amount of dodging in games has become slightly ridiculous recently? Has anyone else noticed this?
