Can we see a small teemo rework?

Not a buff whatsoever, he does enough damage. Also his laning phase is not as good as people are claiming to be as he gets sht on by most top laners, especially those in the meta. Teemo is probably riot's favorite critter who's not actually meant to be viable i.e. meta but rather a troll pick. I understand his whole kit is toxic for this reason but i believe that Teemo is not fulfilling his job as the toxic little critter he is meant to be let alone be viable.

His shrooms are not a danger anymore after you get spirit visage or a little MR for that matter; the 5 minutes lasting time means they are also not so good for map control and with the increased mobility creep his W is also insignificant. His Q worked wonders against some champs in top lane but the diversity of top laners have increased and teemo even finds winning a lane difficult.

I believe he needs to fill in a niche, fair enough he doesn't need to be good at team fights but he needs better scouting abilities (The swift scout). His mushrooms should serve a better and more diverse purpose. It should not be an auto-lose game if you have an teemo in your team. I am sure we all would like to play an annoying critter now and then and this is coming from a Soraka main. You try supporting for some time, you actually want to do the opposite after some time :D

Plz riot rework this critter of yours. I still see him alot mainly because of his huge player base. I am sure lots of your fans want a teemo rework.
