And I am somewhat doubtful that it would be Nunu, they just gave him an ability icon update and his Blood Boil got recently reworked.
ModKnightsKemplar2 votesThat's why I included her... but that image looks like a moving object to me. Unless Anivia is going to have a flying egg mode in the VGU, it seems less likely.
It could easily pass as a magical ice/snow ball though. Especially given that snowy stuff on the back side of it. I'm thinking that's our biggest hint.
