And you still refuse to make it have meaningful damage, interaction or even deal magic damage (srsly?), how about you make it so every enemy unit hit with E refunds 5 energy (doubled against champions)

Boom. Slightly better. Adjust or normalize the ability cost accordingly if too broken.
