You're either a support/jungler or bad.
Ever since the gold decrease you literally have no reason NOT to be building this item immediately at level 9. The vision gained is SUPERIOR, I'd almost say rivals your supports Sightstone after 3 minutes especially once this new patch hits.
Build it or be forever bronze.

is still super good on squishy champs like ADCs and mages as it allows them to safely check from further away. It also foils sneaky dragons/barons if you have any map awareness at all since you can drop it on either objective from mid lane.
If I'm a roaming mid then I'll probably still build 
as it lets me know if I'm wasting time in a warded brush.
While is a far better item now it's not the 'be all and end all' vision item that you must buy unless you are buying a sightstone.

rlly ?? I often build it when I go mid or ADC. sometimes there are so many wards in jungle, and one lens won't do. Oh yeah, it disables wards, something you can't do with pink
this thing is good too, I feel like team should have at least one to check objective. And it help aiming finishing skill a lot.

Remembrance II1 votesBefore 5.3 I would have argued 50/50 on this position, but with the introduction of max 2 charges for I completely agree. Supports should still get because they have a 
or (
) for all the wards they need. To put it in perspective if the supp has at least 2 wards out (better supp's have all 3 and a 
out at any given time) and every one else has at least one ward out from their that's a minimum of 7 wards on the map. If every one used max wards that's 11 stealth wards on the map (+1 from the supp assuming he's the only one who hast one out. Player skill and lane outcome always come into effect but it's simple...
Map vision, and by extension, map awareness wins games. Period.
