All my favorite champions to play suck

I'm a pretty casual player, obviously I like to win, but I don't have any challenger aspirations or anything like that (highest elo I've ever been is gold 2), but it does feel a little bad when all the champions I like to play the most (Graves, Diana, Veigar, Viktor, Gragas) are all ranked tier 3 at the highest, with 3 of them being actually worse than that. I realize Graves, Gragas, and sort of Viktor had their haydays not too long ago, but maybe its about time Diana and Veigar got their chance? They've been wallowing in mediocrity for as long as i can remember, with the occasional spike here and there for Veigar, but they've only gotten worse with the Rune changes, and I think the current meta has gone on long enough anyways. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that we're tired of seeing Tristana, Vayne, Katarina, Kha'Zix, and Darius in every other game.
